Before you book

Collect two or three family-friendly quotes and compare insurance proof, seated capacity with adults, chaperone rules, and cancellation terms side by side. Do not book on vibes or a single flashy video.

Confirm the company understands your riders are children or supervised teens and that the charter is not a BYOB adult package.

One week out

Finalize the guest list, chaperone assignments, and stop order. Share medical notes and emergency contacts with the lead parent. Send families the boarding rules and end time.

Reconfirm the vehicle, pickup window, and day-of phone number with the company. Ask for the driver contact policy if the bus is running late.

Boarding day checklist

Arrive early. Adults board first to set bags and seating. Kids board next with a count-off. Review seatbelt and in-motion rules out loud before the wheels move.

After the ride

Do a final sweep for phones, jackets, and gifts. Thank the driver, confirm any tip already arranged, and message parents that everyone is home or handed off.
